PROCESSING TIMES
Our standard processing time is up to 1 business week from date of purchase. Our business days are M-F excluding federal holidays. This time frame may be longer during busy seasons, such as the holidays. Please click the turquoise banner at the top of the page for current processing times.
As most items are made to order, and very large or bulk orders may need additional processing time to be created. If this is the case, you will be notified with your updated processing times. If you need a rush order, expedited processing for time sensitive orders, please contact us so that we can work together to get your order to you within the desired time frame.
SHIPPING
United States -
We love packaging up your orders with care and love and are happy to now offer a new $6.95 Flat Rate shipping on all US Domestic orders - big or small. For even more value, receive FREE US domestic shipping on orders $50+. You are now free to load up that cart as much as you would like while keeping your shipping costs low.
You also have the ability to upgrade your shipping method to Priority Shipping or Priority Express Shipping upon checkout. Please note that shipping times do not affect processing time, but choosing a faster shipping method will get your order to you faster once it has left our hands.
All shipping costs are shown during the checkout process and can be seen before finalizing your purchase.
International -
We are happy to ship internationally! International shipping fees are calculated based on your location and weight of order, and can be seen during the checkout process and before finalizing your purchase.
International Shipping - VAT, Taxes & Import Duties:
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for custom fees and taxes. Import duties, VAT taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what the additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
Advalara Sales Tax software will calculate your VAT fees for free: http://salestax.avalara.com - add your location and the program will insert the current percent of VAT for your location.
Please be aware that while we can track your item while it is in the United States, our tracking ability ends once the parcel has left the United States. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to be fully trackable, please contact us and we can discuss shipping services using an international carrier with tracking available.
SHIPPING METHODS
All items are shipped quickly and securely via USPS or UPS. Our products are beautifully wrapped in brown paper and shipped in either a bubble mailer, flat mailer, or box, depending on the contents.
Because we are centrally located in the United States, most orders are delivered within just a few days of leaving our hands, but in some rare cases and busy seasons, may take up to a week to be delivered. You will be receive a tracking number via your chosen communication method (email or text) when your order is shipped. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
Please note that once your order is out of our hands and into the hands of the mail service, we cannot control the speed of delivery. Our estimated shipping times are based on UPS and USPS guidelines and schedules.
In the rare instance that an item is lost or damaged, we will do everything we can to help and make things right.
LOCAL PICKUP
A local pickup option is available for customers living in the Denver Metro area and who would like to pick up their order in person. Items will not be delivered (unless previously agreed upon) or shipped when using this method. After your order, you will receive correspondence with the address and directions to the Whimsicals Paperie studio located in Centennial, CO. We look forward to meeting you!
GIFT SHIPPING
Gifts are the best! We love shipping your gift orders, and do so at no additional charge. Please follow these steps when purchasing items to be shipped straight to a gift recipient.
1. Add items to cart.
2. Enter name and shipping address of the gift recipient in the Shipping Address fields.
3. In the notes box located in the cart, please specify that your order is a gift, and leave a gift message to be included in your order.
4. All done! We will wrap and ship your gift items with love.
