Returns

We want you to be happy with your Whimsicals Paperie purchase, and have the following return and exchange policies to help make that happen:


We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of purchase/delivery. Please contact us with exchange, refund, and return inquiries within this timeframe. 


Due to their nature, some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include: 

* Gift cards 

* Digital downloads

* Personalized products

* Clearance, Misfit & Blind Bag items

Exchanges

We will happily replace any defective or damaged items due to manufacturer error or shipping mishaps. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, please email us at sarah@whimsicalspaperie.com. 


To exchange non-defective or undamaged items, please email us with your exchange request at sarah@whimsicalspaperie.com.


Gifts 

If the item was purchased by another party and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. 


Shipping 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
