How do I earn?
Rewards (aka Goodie Points) are automatically accumulated by simple tasks. Placing orders earns rewards, but you can also earn free rewards by following us on social media, referring your friends and even celebrating your birthday!
How do I sign up?
Click here to go to our Goodie Points rewards panel and enter your email address. If you have ordered with us before, be sure to use the email address associated with your previous order/s (you can always change or update your contact info as needed in the future). Check your email for your confirmation and that's it! When you make purchases, simply use the rewards panel to view and redeem your rewards.
How do I see and use my rewards?
While on our website, click the light pink shopping bag icon in the lower left of your screen (or click here) and follow the prompts. Easy peasy!
Can I get rewards from past purchases?
Yes! Purchases associated with your email address have automatically generated Goodie Points for you. All you have to do is sign-in.
If you do not see Goodie Points for past orders automatically applied to your account, please email Sarah at sarah@whimsicalspaperie. Documented orders placed within the past 6 months can be added into your account.
To receive points for ONLINE purchases made within the past 6 months, please follow these steps:
1. Click the light pink shopping bag icon in the lower left of your screen and follow the prompts to confirm your email (no password needed!).
2. If you do not see your past orders automatically applied to your rewards account, please email Sarah at sarah@whimsicalspaperie requesting past orders to be applied to your rewards account and provide the email address associated with your purchase/s.
3. That's it! Your previous 6 months of purchases will be applied to your rewards account.
To receive points for IN-PERSON purchases within the past 6 months, please follow these steps:
1. Click the light pink shopping bag icon in the lower left of your screen and follow the prompts to confirm your email. If you received an electronic receipt via email from your in-person order, please use that information when registering (you can always change or update your contact info as needed in the future).
2. Email sarah@whimsicalspaperie with proof of purchase. Proof of purchase may be provided by one of the following:
* An email or text receipt given at the time you placed your order
* An email or phone number that is associated with your order in our records
* A screenshot of a bank, Venmo or credit card transaction showing the date and amount of purchase
3. All done!
