How do I sign up?
Click here to create a store account. All you need is your name, email, and to create a password. If you have ordered with us before, be sure to use the email associated with your previous order/s (you can always change or update your contact info as needed in the future).
That's it! When you make purchases, simply sign in to your store account to view and redeem your rewards.
How do I see and use my rewards?
Rewards link in the menu bar to sign in to your account as well as to view and redeem your rewards. It's as simple as that!
Can I get rewards from past purchases?
Yes! Documented purchases made within the past year and online through whimsicalspaperie.com or in person are eligible for rewards.
To receive points for past online purchases, please follow these steps:
1.Create a store account using the email associated with your previous orders (you can always change or update your contact info as needed in the future).
2. Email Sarah at sarah@whimsicalspaperie requesting past orders to be applied to your rewards account.
3. That’s it, easy peasy!
To receive points for past in person purchases made at a pop-up shop or craft fair, please follow these steps:
1. Create a store account. If you received an electronic receipt via email or text, please use that information when registering (you can always change or update your contact info as needed in the future).
2. Email sarah@whimsicalspaperie with proof of purchase. Proof of purchase may be provided by:
* An email or text receipt given at the time you placed your order
* A screenshot of a bank, check or credit card transaction showing the date and amount of purchase
3. All done!
