How do I sign up?
Click the light pink shopping bag icon in the lower left of your screen and enter your email. If you have ordered with us before, be sure to use the email associated with your previous order/s (you can always change or update your contact info as needed in the future). Check your email for your confirmation and that's it! When you make purchases, simply use the rewards panel to view and redeem your rewards.
How do I see and use my rewards?
Click the light pink shopping bag icon in the lower left of your screen and follow the prompts. Easy peasy!
Can I get rewards from past purchases?
Yes! Documented purchases made within the past six months through whimsicalspaperie.com or in person are eligible for rewards.
To receive points for online purchases made within the past 6 months, please follow these steps:
1. Click the light pink shopping bag icon in the lower left of your screen and follow the prompts to confirm your email.
2. Email Sarah at sarah@whimsicalspaperie requesting past orders to be applied to your rewards account and provide the email address associated with your purchase/s.
3. That's it! Your previous 6 months of purchases will be applied to your rewards account.
To receive points for in-person purchases made at a pop-up shop or craft fair within the past 6 months, please follow these steps:
1. Click the light pink shopping bag icon in the lower left of your screen and follow the prompts to confirm your email. If you received an electronic receipt via email from your in-person order, please use that information when registering (you can always change or update your contact info as needed in the future).
2. Email sarah@whimsicalspaperie with proof of purchase. Proof of purchase may be provided by:
* An email or text receipt given at the time you placed your order
* An email or phone number that is associated with your order in our records
* A screenshot of a bank, Venmo or credit card transaction showing the date and amount of purchase
3. All done!
